NOTgrey Consulting was established by a CA(SA) with more than 20 years' experience working in both large multinationals and SMEs. Not your typical grey accountant, does not believe in "grey" opinions and combines real world realism with knowledge of leading practice ensuring client solutions are pragmatic, cost effective and workable.
Our Approach
Our approach to strategy execution can best be described as "hands on" and "common sense" - employees can't execute a strategy they do not understand and what does not get measured does not get managed. we work with your team to ensure that strategy is cascaded throughout the orgganisation ensuring vertical and horizontal alignment coupled with the development of key performance indicators which are regularly measured and reported on to ensure you keep track of progress.
